Title: Project Manager (PM)
Description:
- Managing daily operations of KhayeJao company including all the departments across the firm
- PM will be directly reporting to the founders of the company on daily basis
- Responsible to ensure regular updates are received from the marketing manager, delivery boys, customer service and support staff
- Responsible to hiring new resources as needed across various departments
- Prior experience in food industry preferred
- Prior experience as a Project Manager is must
- Work days - Monday to Saturday from 11am to 8pm IST

Title: Customer Service Representative
Description:
- Responsible for taking phone calls received at the customer support number and talking to the customer to take delivery orders or inquiries
- Responsible to confirm order with the customer, restaurant and talking to delivery boys to ensure delivery of order is completed
- Candidate needs to be IT savvy as they need to work on KhayeJao's admin tool and website
- Prior customer service rep experience is preferred
- Work days - 7 days preferred (Two shift available: Morning from 11am to 7pm IST and Evening from 7pm to 11pm IST). This is flexible and we can talk and work around the candidates need
